 Attend this overview workshop series to help you test your new business idea and get started on the right path. Join us for three one-hour sessions that help you understand the basics of:
The concepts involved in assessing a business idea
Marketing your product or service,
Understanding business financials and how they work
How to fund and finance your business
Session One - Business Concept and Ideas - This session focuses on the basics of testing your business idea and identifying the key factors that influence start-up success. We'll also discuss the process for researching your idea, your market, and your competition.

Session Two - Marketing - This is an introduction to marketing communication methods and tools to maximize your customer reach. The discussion will provide you with a broad overview of pricing strategies, positioning, the difference between features and benefits, and different marketing strategies.

Session Three - Financial Projections and Funding - We'll work on understanding financial concepts; sales and pricing; financial risk and rewards; stafinrt-up costs and touch on building a financial forecast. And finally, we will discuss a few ways to finance your new business.
