Tweens and Teens in grades 5-12 are invited to attend this 4-part series about the human body. Each week participants will learn about a body system, investigate clinical cases and then complete an experiment about that body system.
The Science Behind Medicine lesson plans were created by former Teen Advisory Board member, Remington Gould. Remington is a current medical school student at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Each workshop will be led by a current Teen Advisory Board member with an interest in pursuing a career in medicine.
For tweens and teens entering grades 5-12 only. No registration is required, but space is limited.
